Keith Sweger (camp director) is professor of bassoon at Ball State University and bassoonist with the Musical Arts Quintet. Dr. Sweger is also principal bassoon with the Muncie Symphony, contrabassoon with the Fort Wayne Philharmonic and frequently performs with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. He performs at professional conferences, such as those of the International Double Reed Society (IDRS) and College Music Society (CMS), and has performed recitals and presented master classes at colleges and universities around the world. In 2006, he hosted the annual conference of the IDRS on the Ball State campus. His students have been accepted to prestigious music festivals such as Aspen, Kent Blossom, National Repertory Orchestra, Tanglewood, and Sarasota and are teaching and playing professionally around the country. Dr. Sweger serves as secretary of the IDRS. He holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Bowling Green State University, and Lebanon Valley College.

Candi Granlund is the band director at Sycamore School in Indianapolis . She previously taught in the Delphi Community Schools and Saratoga Community Consolidated Schools. Granlund has been a featured clinician at the Indiana Music Educators Convention. She is also an accomplished bassoonist, performer, and private lesson instructor. Performance credits include the Lafayette Symphony, Lafayette Citizens Band, Kokomo Park Band, Muncie Symphony Orchestra, Anderson Symphony Orchestra, Kokomo Symphony Orchestra, and National Honors Orchestra. Granlund is a graduate of Ball State University, where she was a Presidential Scholar and was awarded the prestigious Young Artist Award. She has completed master's course work at VanderCook College of Music ( Chicago , IL ) and the University of Indianapolis.

Laura Hauss is a freelance bassoonist and teacher. She holds bassoon performance degrees from the University of Michigan and Ball State University . She is the adjunct faculty bassoon teacher for Hillsdale College where she maintains of studio of bassoonists and coaches the woodwind quintet and orchestra sectionals.  She has performed for pre-concert events of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and is principal bassoon with the Adrian Symphony Orchestra and second bassoon with the Jackson Symphony Orchestra. Hauss won the 1998 Ball State Undergraduate Concerto Competition and has attended Hot Springs and Bowdoin Music Festivals, Glickman-Popkin Bassoon Camp, and Domaine-Forget Music Festival.

Jack Chan is currently pursuing an Artist Diploma with Keith Sweger at Ball State University. He holds bassoon performance degrees from Ball State University and the University of Michigan. He has studied with Richard Beene, Whitney Crockett, Leonard Hindell, and Jane Taylor. Performance credits include DiCapo Opera, Der Kammermusiker, SEM New Music Ensemble, Brooklyn Philharmonic chamber players, Muncie Symphony Orchestra, Omni Ensemble, Bronx Chamber Orchestra, Garden State Philharmonic, Staten Island Symphony, as well as live studio broadcast performance on WNYC's "Soundcheck".

Susan Stokdyk is currently pursuing a Certificate in Performance at DePaul University and is a student of William Buchman. She graduated from Ball State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Music degree, and earned her Master's degree from Yale University in 2006. She attended the 2002 Aspen Music Festival and School and was principal bassoon with the 2003 Opera in the Ozarks Festival. Susan performs frequently with the Green Bay Symphony Orchestra, and has performed with the Florida West Coast Symphony, Muncie Symphony and the Fort Wayne Philharmonic.

Sarah Cleveland is a private bassoon instructor as well as an elementary school music teacher in Fort Wayne , Indiana . She graduated from Ball State University , earning a degree in music education in 2003. While at Ball State , she was principal bassoon with the University Wind Ensemble and the 2002 Indiana Intercollegiate Band.

Paul Nordby started as an apprentice to Jim Laslie in 1982 and has continued as Mr. Laslie's associate in bassoon repair and restoration. He has served as his assistant at the Glickman-Popkin Bassoon Camp in North Carolina since 1983. He is also a music educator who has taught in public and private schools in Indianapolis , IN and at t various colleges and universities. Mr. Nordby is active as a bassoon recitalist and he presents clinics on bassoon maintenance.
